Europe's stainless market is a 'mixed bag', says stockist Damstahl
Europe produced 4 million tonnes of stainless crude steel in the first half of 2014 – a rise of 5% compared to 3.8mt in H1 2013, according to European stainless steel stockist, Damstahl. However, it described three of the countries where the company is active, Germany, Sweden and Slovenia, as a “mixed bag”.
