SSAB appoints new head of Special Steels
Sweden’s SSAB tells Kallanish that the group has appointed a new head for SSAB Special Steels. Johnny Sjöström will join the company on 1 April 2019 replacing current incumbent Per Olaf Stark who will retire in 2019, SSAB says.
Sjöström joins SSAB from Swedish steel producer Uddeholm where he has been ceo since 2014. He has also formerly worked for SSAB in China where he was responsible for market, technology and strategy development. H…
