SSAB Americas announces plate, HRC increases
SSAB Americas is lifting its base prices for spot plate and hot-rolled coil, Kallanish learns from a company announcement.
Base prices for as-rolled, cut-to-length, and quenched and tempered plate – as well as hot-rolled coils – will be increased by a minimum of $60/short ton, SSAB says. The increase takes effect on shipments slated for the week of 1 May.
