SSAB Americas increases full-year operating profit
The Americas division of Swedish steelmaker SSAB increased its operating profit in 2019 despite a relatively weak fourth quarter, Kallanish learns from the company’s earnings review.
SSAB Americas earned $221.2 million in operating profit on sales of $1.81 billion in 2019, up from an operating profit of $190.95 on sales of $1.75 billion in 2018.
