Spectra Energy garners Nueces-to-Brownsville line project
Spectra Energy on Monday announced its Valley Crossing Pipeline subsidiary has been awarded the contract for a 168-mile intrastate natural gas pipeline project by Mexico’s state-owned utility, Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE).
