Spanish scrap prices fall, market awaits new adjustment
Spanish scrap prices fell in the beginning of the third week of May after having been stable for nearly a month, local market sources tell Kallanish.
“This week prices have begun to fall by €10/tonne ($11.2/t) as results of recent deceleration seen in the Turkish scrap market. Current prices international raw material levels are unstable and could lower even more during next days,” one merchant says.
