Spain's Sidenor to sell forging unit to NFL
The Spanish special steelmaker Sidenor tells Kallanish that will sell its forgings and castings unit located in the Cantabria region to the German-American consortium NFL soon.
“To ensure an orderly transition, Sidenor will remain a temporary partner to NFL, in addition to guarantee the acquisition of ingot from the Reinosa steelworks over the next few years,” the Spanish firm says.
