Spanish mill energy costs remain uncompetitive: AEGE
AEGE, the Spanish association grouping large energy users in the country, has reiterated that the costs of energy in Spain remain double those seen in Germany and France.
The association has for many years been pressuring the local government to find a solution to secure a competitive level playing field for Spanish large energy users, including steelmakers, Kallanish notes.
