S&P affirms, discontinues Erdemir's rating
Standard and Poor's (S&P) has affirmed its rating on Turkey's Erdemir and has subsequently discontinued the rating upon the steelmaker's request, the ratings agency says in a notice seen by Kallanish.
S&P says it has affirmed Erdemir's BB long-term corporate credit rating, expecting that the company's results will remain "... resilient" over the first half of 2017, following strong 2016 results.
