Southern, Ann Joo delay agreement deadline
Malaysia’s Southern Steel and Ann Joo resources have extended the deadline to reach a definitive agreement on forming a joint venture by an additional 90 days. The pair should now sign binding terms by 6 April 2020, Kallanish notes.
