Southeast Europe’s June steel output increases
Southeast Europe (SEE) crude steel production increased in June, according to the latest worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. Regional output amounted to 390,151 tonnes, up by 2.7% year-on-year.
In May, SEE production was 387,800t, down by 5.1% on-year (see Kallanish passim).
In January-June, regional production increased by 18.7% on-year to 2.38 million tonnes.
