Southeast Europe steel output rebounds in March
Southeast Europe (SEE) crude steel production decreased in March, according to the latest worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. Regional output amounted to 421,000 tonnes, down by 32.5% year-on-year. In February, SEE production was 331,939t, down by 53.3% on-year (see Kallanish passim).
In January-March, regional production increased by 5% on-year to 1.13 million tonnes.
