Southeast Europe steel output continues to fall
Southeast Europe (SEE) crude steel production decreased in June, according to the latest worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. Regional output amounted to 270,477 tonnes, compared with 312,642t in May.
In the first six months of the year, regional production decreased to almost 1.66 million tonnes from 2.52mt in January-June 2022.
However, worldsteel did not provide data for June steel production in Bosnia or Moldova.
