Southeast Europe's first-half steel output falls

Southeast Europe (SEE) crude steel production decreased in the first half of the year, according to the latest worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. Regional output amounted to 1.82 million tonnes, down by -25.8% year-on-year. In the first five months of the year regional production had fallen -23.8% on-year to 1.57mt.
