South32 to accelerate coking coal output in FYH2
Australia’s South32 expects to produce 7.9 million tonnes of saleable coal in its fiscal year through June 2017 (FY17) at its Illawarra Metallurgical Coal operation, of which 81% will be coking coal. First half-year-through-December-2016 output is seen at 3.64mt, of which 75% will be coking coal.
