South Korea limits duties against Japanese stainless plate
The South Korean Ministry of Finance said on Tuesday it will impose anti-dumping duties on Japanese stainless steel plate for three years. This shortens the AD duty period by two years compared with the five-year anti-dumping period announced by the South Korean Trade Commission (KTC) in March this year, Kallanish notes.
South Korean officials have not explained this change.
