South Korea ends duty review on ferro-silico-manganese
Earlier this month, South Korea’s Trade Commission made an affirmative ruling in the anti-dumping duty sunset review on ferro-silico-manganese imports from Vietnam and India. It deemed there to be a possibility of the recurrence of dumping and damage to domestic industry could be expected if the duties are terminated.
The duty is suggested by the commission to be extended by another five years, Kallanish notes. The AD duty rate is 2.3% for Vietnam and 11.04%…
