South Korea targets hydrogen steelmaking transition
At the 50th Anniversary celebration of the South Korean Steel Industry hosted by the National Assembly Steel Forum of South Korea last week, Rep. Kim Byung-wook of Pohang said that new process technologies such as hydrogen-reduction steelmaking will be the main focus of the steel industry after 2030.
