South American, Mexican steel production drop in June

South American crude steel production decreased on-year in June, according to the latest World Steel Association (worldsteel) data monitored by Kallanish. The region's crude steel output totalled 2.56 million tonnes in June, down -30.4% over the same period in 2019.
