South America steel output dips on-year in February
Regional crude steel output in South America fell by -9.4% year on year in February to 3.1 million tonnes. Production the first two months of 2016 shrunk by -12.7% y-o-y to 6.3mt, or almost 1mt less compared to the same period in 2015, Kallanish learns from the World Steel Association (worldsteel).
