China's export licence policy expected shortly
Several Chinese steel mill and trading sources tell Kallanish that the requirement for steel export licenses in China is expected to be published in late September.
The export department manager of an east China steel mill says the policy is expected to be announced on 25 September. In addition, several traders in Hangzhou and Shanghai also said they were preparing for their application.
