Some Russian steelmakers won’t pay liquid steel tax: government

Steel companies in Russia will be exempted from paying excise taxes on liquid steel if they produce it for their own needs, says the press service of Russian government. The resolution on the formation of a list of such enterprises was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
