SMA founder Jim Collins dies
Steel Manufacturers Association (SMA) founder James Collins has died, Kallanish understands.
Collins, 90, served in the US Marine Corps during World War II and the Korean War, attaining the rank of captain. He also served as deputy assistant secretary in the US Department of Commerce under President John Kennedy.
