Slovenia's SIJ sees earnings drop on high base

Special steelmaker Slovenian Steel Group (SIJ) saw revenue drop 17.6% on-year in the first half of 2023 to €601.5 million ($646m) due to a high base effect caused by exceptional market conditions last year, the firm says.
