South Korea terminates tariffs on some stainless steel
South Korea's ministry of trade, industry and energy (Motie) announced on 21 January that it will terminate anti-dumping tariffs on stainless steel bars imported from Japan, India and Spain from 22 January 2024.
This is due to the fact that domestic producers such as Seah Changwon Integrated Special Steel did not submit a request to continue reviewing the trade case, Kallanish learns.
