Sino Iron restarts after fire
Production resumed on Wednesday at the Sino Iron mine in Western Australia after a fire halted operations on Tuesday.
A fire broke out at around 4pm local time on 4 May, according to mine owner CITIC Pacific Mining. The fire occurred at a non-operational sampler within the nearby tailings thickener precinct, it adds. There were no injuries, CITIC says.
