Sims sells 50% interest in LMS Energy
Australia-listed metal recycler Sims is selling its 50% interest in international bioenergy and methane abatement company LMS Energy for AUD 272.1 million ($175.54m), Kallanish notes.
Sims says in a statement that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its 50% shareholding of LMS Energy to Pacific 2023 Holdco A, an entity owned by funds advised by Pacific Equity Partners (PEP).
