SIJ restarts Acroni hot strip mill following repairs
Special steelmaker Slovenian Steel Group (SIJ)’s Acroni unit has restarted its hot strip mill, following three-month repair works involving external partners. This was to address a significant failure in the rolling frame's main engine, SIJ says in a note seen by Kallanish.
