Siderperu launches new welded mesh line
Peruvian long steelmaker Empresa Siderúrgica del Perú (Siderperu), a subsidiary of Brazil's Gerdau, says it has inaugurated a new line to produce welded mesh, Kallanish learns from the company.
The facility in Huarochiri, in the Lima region, will have an annual capacity to process 40,000 tonnes of wire rod.
