Sidenor to spin off forging facility in Reinosa
Sidenor, the Spanish special steelmaker, has agreed to create a new joint venture specialised in the production of forging and castings at its mill located in Reinosa, Kallanish learns from sources.
The new entity, to be named Sidenor Forging and Castings, will be majorly controlled by Sidenor while a 24.9% share will be in the hands of the local public investment company Sodercan.
