Sichuan steelmakers complete restructuring
Sichuan Luzhou Xinyang Vanadium and Titanium Steel says the reorganisation of Luzhou Yixin Steel and Luzhou Jiangyang Steel has been completed. Starting from January 2021, the two companies will merge their businesses into Luzhou Xinyang Vanadium and Titanium Steel, and continue their business through Luzhou Xinyang, Kallanish notes.
