Sichuan Desheng starts largest overhaul in its history
Sichuan Desheng has shut down completely for maintenance, marking its largest overhaul to date, Kallanish notes. This is expected to impact 220,000 tonnes of rebar output.
No.1 blast furnace was shut down on 12 October, followed by No.2 BF and No.3 BF three days later. The maintenance of the three BFs will last for 23 days, seven days and nine days respectively.
