Sibanthracite to increase production with new owner
The new owner of Russia’s Sibanthracite coal company, the Bashkir Industrial Holding (BIH), intends to increase the company’s production after it has purchased the enterprise this month.
Sibanthracite plans to increase production by 20% to 30 million tonnes of coal by 2025, a source close to the company told Russian newspaper Kommersant.
Sibanthracite confirmed these production plans when asked by Kallanish.
