Hebei publishes Shougang Jingtang second-phase capacity replacement plan
On 30 June the government of China’s Hebei province published the updated Shougang Jingtang second-phase project capacity replacement plan (see table below). After Beijing decreed that replacement projects needed to reduce total capacity by an additional -20% the project was stopped and had to be adjusted.
