Shougang adds another Fives HDG line
China’s Shougang has ordered a new 360,000 tonnes/year HDG line furnace from French technology supplier Fives for its Jingtang plant in Hebei’s Caofeidian. The plant will allow it to produce more ultra high strength automotive steel grades, Kallanish notes.
