Shiheng Special commissions first phase of upgrade project
Shiheng Special Steel has commissioned the first phase of its steelmaking upgrade project in Feicheng city, Shandong province, about 55 days in advance, Kallanish notes.
The first phase includes one 1,460m³ blast furnace and one rebar production line with a 1.9 million tonnes/year capacity. The second-phase commissioning date has meanwhile been delayed to 2021.
