Shen takes control at Fushun Special Steel
Dongbei Special subsidiary Fushun Special Steel announced on 13 September that Jincheng Shazhou is now its actual controlling stakeholder, and not the Liaoning provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). Shagang Group chairman Shen Wenrong is the controlling shareholder of investment company Jincheng Shazhou, with which Shagang claims it has no direct relation, Kallanish notes.
