US sheet pricing holds for another straight week
Hot-rolled coil and cold-rolled coil sheet prices have held for an additional week, notes Kallanish.
HRC ranges from $1,460-1,500/short ton, while cold-rolled coil ranges from $1,800-1,900/st. All prices are ex-works, domestic mill.
While other flat products - notably plate - are said to have peaked this week, it's not clear what direction sheets will move in the coming days. For now, the prices remain firm.
