Shanxi upgrades steel capacity by replacement
Shanxi Xintai Iron & Steel, Shanxi Jinnan Iron & Steel Group, Shanxi Gaoyi Iron & Steel, Wenshui Haiwei Steel and Shanxi Changxin Industrial Company will upgrade their existing production capacity through replacement.
