Shanxi to approve Jiuxin coking project
The Department of Ecology and Environment of Shanxi Province has recently decided to approve the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of a coking project at state-owned Zhongmei Jiuixn Coking Company in Linshi County, Kallanish notes.
The company intends to build two 70-oven JNDX3-6.78-19 coke batteries within 18 months starting from May this year. Total investment has been set at CNY 1.65 billion ($247 million).
