Shanxi to reduce coal capacity
The local Shanxi government has released the classification list of coal companies in Shanxi in light of work safety. According to the list, there are 52 Class-A, 467 Class-B, 209 Class-C, and 226 Class-D coal mines in Shanxi.
The Shanxi government has also approved the recombination plans of 18 companies to reduce a total coal capacity of 3.15 million tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
