Shanxi Meijin constructs coke project
Shanxi province's Meijin Energy is constructing a coke project through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huasheng Chemical Industry Company, according to market reports. The new plant is expected to build 3.85 million tonnes/year of coke capacity, Kallanish notes.
The project is undertaken by China National Chemical Engineering's Third Construction Co., Ltd. It will soon begin installation of the main production equipment, Meijin says.
