China's Hongda meets ultra-low emission standards, avoids restrictions
Shanxi Yuncheng News reports that Hongda Steel in the city has met its required ultra-low emission standards. This means the steelmaker can avoid production constraints during the 2019-2020 winter restrictions’ period, Kallanish notes.
