Shanxi approves Meijin coke oven upgrade

Shanxi Meijin Coal Chemical, a subsidiary of Meijin Energy, was approved on 5 January by the Shanxi Government to upgrade its coke ovens. Kallanish notes that Meijin is required to meet specific total pollution emissions control targets to commission this unit.
