Shangruo Taiji Group to build CRC/HDG plant
Shaanxi Province's Shangruo Taiji Industrial Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Shaanxi's Hancheng city government on 29 July, to build a cold rolling and galvanized steel strip plant in Hancheng. The steel plant, as the extension project of its HRC production, is part of the national strategy to upgrade production and not to increase capacity, the company stresses.
