Shanghai limits steel activity for G20
Shanghai city will take measures to limit polluting activity, including in the steel industry, to improve air quality for the G20 summit in Hangzhou in September, according to a Shanghai government plan. The move is likely to have some impact on steel production at Baosteel and other smaller firms, but the impact will be short lived, Kallanish notes.
