Shangang Yongfeng plans 3mt steel capacity
The Shandong government official website recently released the environmental assessment of the coastal steelworks plan of Shandong Iron & Steel Group subsidiary Yongfeng Steel. The steelmaker plans 2.995 million tonnes/year of iron capacity and 2.983m t/y of crude steel capacity for the first phase of its coastal base, Kallanish notes.
