Shangang Rizhao starts sinter project construction
Shandong Iron & Steel has begun construction of two 500 square metre sinter lines at its Rizhao site on 14 March, according to the engineering contractor MCC 3 Group. MCC 3 Group is also building the No.3 & No.4 coking mills for the Rizhao steelworks, with an estimated commissioning date of June 2018.
Shangang Rizhao is a coastal site with a planned capacity of 8.1 million tonnes/year of iron, 8.5m t/y of steel and 8.1m t/y of steel products. S…
