Shangang Rizhao starts 4,300mm plate mill construction
Shandong Iron and Steel Group's Rizhao steelworks project has commissioned Shanghai Baoye group, a subsidiary of China Metallurgical Group Corporation, to build its 4,300mm-wide heavy plate mill. The plant will take around a year before it is ready for commissioning, Kallanish notes.
