Shangang Rizhao ignites No.3 coke oven
The No.3 dry quenching furnace of the Shangang Rizhao Coking Project has been successfully ignited. The coke oven is expected to start production in early February, Kallanish notes.
Shangang Rizhao's No.3 coke oven has a height of about 7 metres and 58 holes. The highest point of the coke oven template is more than 6 metres, and the verticality error is only 2 mm, which is 50% of the domestic standard error, the company says.
